Once you select a plan, our team will schedule an installation appointment at your convenience. Our certified technicians will set up the fiber connection, install necessary equipment (ONU, router), and ensure your internet is up and running. The process typically takes 1-2 hours.

Billing and Payments

Your billing cycle starts from the day of activation. You will receive an invoice notification usually 7-10 days before your payment due date. The exact due date will be specified on your bill.
